How It Works (Step-by-Step)

1. Inquiry Form – Fill out a quick form with location, dates, tattoo idea, and size.

2. Video Consultation – Free 20–30 min call to discuss your idea, placement, and style. FaceTime or Zoom will be used, whichever is best to your liking.

3. Design Presentation / Approval – Artist will create and share a digital draft. Once your design is ready, we will schedule a second video consultation, the artist will present the artwork including price for the created piece. This allows us to review, make small adjustments, and assure you’re 100% happy before booking. (No deposit required until you approve the design.) 

4. Deposit & Booking – After design approval, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure the travel and tattoo date. Deposits are nonrefundable, but are applied to your final balance.

5. Travel & Tattoo – Artist will travel and come to you fully equipped, ready for your custom piece.

Approval Window:

You will have 72 hours from the time of your second consultation to approve the design. Approval can be made verbally during the meeting or in writing. (Via email or message).if approval is not given within this timeframe, your slot may be released, and a new booking request will be required.

Pricing & Deposits

Here’s how you can get an idea of my pricing:
If you’d like to get a feel for my rates before submitting a travel booking request, you’re welcome to check the “Book an Appointment” section on my website and view the Resident Booking page. That page lists my local pricing, which can help you understand my general rates before we talk travel details.
Please don’t actually book through the resident booking—since you’re not in my local area, we need you to submit a “Request a Travel Booking” form instead.

This just saves you time and gives you a quick idea of my pricing before filling out the travel form, so you can decide if it works for your budget.

Deposit: 45% of the quoted price is required after design approval. This secures your travel and tattoo date. Deposits are non-refundable but are applied to your final balance.

What’s Included?

At the end of your session, your tattoo will be carefully covered with a professional-grade bandage specifically designed for tattoo protection. This bandage helps absorb any fluid—such as blood, plasma, or excess ink—and minimizes the risk of cross-contamination, making it especially beneficial if you are returning to work the next day.

The bandage is intended to be worn for approximately three days. You will also receive detailed aftercare instructions, including guidance on proper cleansing with soap and the recommended tattoo balm to promote optimal healing.

FAQ

Do you tattoo in my city?
I am currently open to traveling to any city in any state. I’m excited to bring my artwork to areas where clients may not have access to my style of tattoos locally.

How do I pay the deposit?
Once your design and price range have been approved by you, we will return to my website to secure your appointment through my resident booking system. Your deposit will be placed online through this same website. Please note that the Travel Tattoo Survey Form is a required step and cannot be skipped. During our second consultation, we will also finalize the dates and times that work best for you. I will then send you a direct booking link tailored to your specific tattoo request.

Do you bring all your own equipment?

When I travel for your tattoo appointment, I bring all the necessary equipment—there’s no need to bring anything except yourself. You are welcome to bring a blanket or one guest (unless otherwise approved, additional guests are not permitted).

What if I need to reschedule?

If you need to reschedule, a minimum of two weeks’ notice is required for your deposit to be transferred to a future appointment. Without two weeks’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Please understand that I also tattoo in my local area and need to ensure my schedule remains balanced. For this reason, it’s very important that you are confident in your ability to attend your appointment before booking. If you anticipate the possibility of rescheduling, I strongly recommend holding off on booking until you are certain.After booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include a scheduling link that allows you to reschedule your appointment if needed.

Can you do small tattoos?

For travel purposes, I only accept large-scale tattoo projects. Unfortunately, I am unable to travel for smaller tattoos due to my existing local bookings and travel costs.
